How do Magpie's limited edition card releases work?

Each new release of limited edition playing cards will be offered during a pre-print sale of 11-14 days, depending on scheduling requirements. The quantity of each release is also limited. Most importantly, each release will only be printed once, making the cards more valuable with time and highly collectible. 

When will I receive my order?

After the online sale has ended and all orders have been collected, the official order with the manufacturer will be placed. Please allow an estimated 12 weeks for the printing and manufacturing process. Once that's completed we will immediately begin shipping orders. If you are an international buyer, expect it to take a bit longer due to the additional shipping time required. 

Estimated delivery times are not guarantees, and items can sometimes get tied up in customs for weeks. Please be sure that your mailing address is correct and complete to minimize the potential for delivery problems.

Does the shipping cost cover everything needed in order for me to receive the cards?

If you are a US customer, yes! The US shipping cost is all-inclusive. However, if your order is being shipped internationally (outside the US), be prepared for the potential of being charged additional customs fees. Our international shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery.

How do you calculate international shipping costs?

We only charge the actual shipping cost for each country or location, and do not "pad" our shipping charges. You will only be paying the actual shipping cost based on the size and weight of your specific order. We are committed to making it as affordable as possible to purchase our limited edition card decks, but obviously, we are not able to change international shipping rates!

Do you ship to all countries?

Yes, we are able to ship to all countries!

Custom fees.

The customer is responsible to pay any custom fees and other costs of that sort.

What if the package does not arrive?

Once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, Magpie is no longer liable or able to change anything with that shipment. The customer is better off reaching out to the carrier and working with them through any problems. We can not offer refunds on packages that are lost on the behalf of the carrier.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the limited-edition nature of the cards, we are unable to accept returns. The playing cards are professionally packaged and protected as best as possible for delivery. All purchases are final. (And well worth every penny!)
